Refund Policy

ClosetEnvyOnline will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging with SKU label Typically, we can not accept exchanges of any kind. However, if it is just a sizing issue, kindly reach out to us and we will see if we can help. If an exchange can be provided, buyer is responsible for additional shipping.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a refund. (If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.)
  • No return orders will be accepted after the return window.
  • We do not accept returns without prior approval.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty as well as any promotional or discounted products are final sale and non-refundable.

Please follow these steps for returns:

  1. Please submit your return request within 7 days to support@overstock-market.com.
  2. Please include your order number, reason for return, and any additional information such as clear photos if item was damaged upon receipt.
  3. Package and ship to the address we provide in a follow-up email.
  4. Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a member from the ClosetEnvyOnline team will email you to confirm what has been done with the order.
  5. Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

Cancellation Policy

An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.

An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed.

Please note the warehouse works as quickly as possible to get you your items, so the grace period is brief.
